We fins it difficult to find babysitters in the afternoons, or even overnight. My work implies international business trips, and I cannot do that because my husband (claims) he cannot do it all alone. So I skip my professional trips so I can be home every night for my children. I love being their mother, but a part of me, the career woman, is also losing something.... I find that overnight babysitting is not a reality in Belgium at the moment

We are a family with 2 children, and no extended family in the country, so no grandparents, aunts and so on. My husband and I both work full time. Because of this, we find the childcare system and babysitting services extremely important to be plenty, and afforadble. We cannot make plans outside of the house without planning for a babysitter and this is often very hard....
